Project Welcome

Project Welcome is an outreach program in Northern California,
welcoming interfaith families, the LGBT community, unaffiliated Jews and seekers into
Independent, Renewal, Reconstructionist, Reform and Conservative synagogues.
A project of the URJ, supported by the Richard and Rhoda Goldman Fund 
and the Walter and Elise Haas Fund.

Karen Kushner, Director of Project Welcome outreach program of the Union for Reform Judaism, says the most important issue for interfaith families is to raise the kids Jewish.
